So the new RS-97 Plus comes with this battery. With what battery to replace it?

Checking Ali i noticed that there are RS-97 plus V3 where the screen dont have "the notch" (fm august 1). At present i have RS-97 plus V1 (with the glitching screen). So what's the difference? Also i noticed its posible to order with stock FW/ stock fw+OpenDingux/ retroFW.
