Steward has updated pcsx4all below brings huge improvments download below or it can be downloaded from the ownloads section here.
Finally, it can write framebuffer into DMA directly for RetroGame.
This method is adopted from GP2X Wiz (notaz used long time ago)
The speed is good for pcsx4all emulator on RetroGame device now.
Kindly help to test it.

I should optimize all of emulator by using DMA method to speed up, soon.
What about pocket snes with DMA, its released?
These are great results hopefully one day we can have full 60fps performance.

Well, here are my results:
Alundra: 40ish fps
Akumajou Dracula X - Nocturne in the Moonlight: 30ish fps
Akumajou Dracula X - Nocturne in the Moonlight [English Patched]: Doesn't get past the "This patch is not commercial" warning.
Castlevania Chronicle - Akumajou Dracula: 30 fps
Clock Tower - The First Fear [English Patched]: 60 fps
Persona 2 - Innocent Sin [English patched]: 30 fps (unplayable)
Resident Evil Director's Cut (Dual Shock Ver.) [Ultimate Director's Cut patched]: 60 fps most of the time
